- Spaces are 11' wide and range from 20' to 40' long, plus 13' × 45' spaces for the largest boats and RVs and 30' covered spaces at our Advantage Drive and Kelly Mill Road locations. Contact us for current availability.
- Are your storage lots covered or uncovered?
- Our Advantage Drive and Kelly Mill Road locations offer covered storage; all four locations offer uncovered gravel storage.
- How does gate access work?
- All four locations have 24/7 electronic gate access and security cameras.
- What are your lease terms?
- All storage agreements are month-to-month — no long-term contract required.
- Is my rent going to increase?
- We've only raised rates twice in the past twelve years, and right now we don't plan to raise them. We also don't do the regular rate increases many corporate storage chains are known for.
- What can I store?
- Boats, RVs, trucks, campers, trailers, and other vehicles are all welcome.
- Do you offer storage for businesses or large equipment?
- Yes. All four locations offer bulk storage solutions for large equipment and commercial customers, such as dumpster companies, landscaping companies, and fleet vehicles. Call 678-771-8745 to discuss the space you need.
- How much does storage cost?
- Rates are the same at every location: $75/month for 11' × 20', $82 for 11' × 25', $89 for 11' × 30', $99 for 11' × 35', $110 for 11' × 40', and $130 for 13' × 45' or a 30' covered space (Advantage Drive and Kelly Mill Road). All agreements are month-to-month.
